Smarter QC & Shipping.

Reverse purchasing means that you choose an item from a Chinese marketplace or seller, submit the product link to OOPBuy, and use the agent to purchase, receive, inspect, store and internationally forward the item. The important distinction is that the marketplace seller handles the domestic sale, while the agent manages the warehouse and international-shipping stages.

Open the original product page, copy the complete URL and paste it into the OOPBuy purchasing field. Before paying, confirm the selected color, size, version, quantity and seller notes because marketplace options are sometimes translated imperfectly. If the page cannot be parsed automatically, enter the item details manually and include a screenshot of the exact option you need.

Check the product option, domestic price, seller shipping charge, estimated weight, purchase quantity and any non-refundable customization. Read the seller's size chart rather than relying only on familiar international sizing. For products with several batches or versions, record the exact seller wording so the warehouse team can compare the delivered item with your request.

QC photos can help you inspect visible color, shape, size labels, stitching, print placement, hardware, packaging and obvious damage. They cannot reliably prove authenticity, internal construction, long-term durability, smell, fabric composition or defects hidden from the photographed angles. Treat QC as a visual decision tool, not as a complete product guarantee.

Request an extra image when the standard set does not show a decision-critical area. Useful requests include an insole or garment measurement, a close-up of a logo, a serial or size label, the bottom of a shoe, hardware alignment or a suspected stain. One precise instruction is usually more useful than asking for several vague additional angles.

Do not submit the item for international shipping. Save the relevant QC images, describe the mismatch clearly and start the available after-sales or return process as soon as possible because seller return windows may be short. Compare the delivered option with the original order record so the problem can be documented as a wrong color, size, model, quantity or visible defect.

Use the route estimator as an early planning range, then improve the estimate with the warehouse-recorded weight and dimensions after items arrive. Add packaging weight and consider whether boxes, protective materials or bulky product packaging will increase chargeable volume. The final amount depends on the selected route, destination, parcel data and any optional packing services.

Carriers may charge for the space a parcel occupies rather than only the scale weight. A light but large box can therefore be billed at a higher volumetric weight. Removing unnecessary retail boxes, folding soft goods efficiently and using rehearsal or pre-packing data can help identify whether reducing dimensions will lower the chargeable weight.

Consolidation can reduce repeated base charges, but one oversized or high-value parcel may be less flexible and may trigger route limits. Consider item type, total value, weight, dimensions, destination rules and restricted-product categories. Split parcels when different products need different routes, when one bulky item raises volumetric weight sharply, or when risk diversification matters more than the lowest theoretical rate.

Review the destination country's import rules and the selected route's restrictions before purchasing. Batteries, liquids, fragrances, food, branded goods, magnetic items and other sensitive products may require specific lines or may be unavailable for some destinations. Use accurate declarations and understand that customs taxes, inspections and clearance decisions are controlled by the destination authorities, not by the purchasing agent.
